Yes, we allow small to medium size dogs, under 40lbs, for a $100 non-refundable fee per stay.

You can cheek in any time after 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am the next day.

Yes, basic Internet access is complimentary.

How late does the bar stay open?
Ptarmigan Lounge stays open nightly until 11:00 pm.

Does the hotel offer room service?
Yes, we offer a limited menu daily from 6:00 am - 11:00 am and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Do you have a pool?
No, we do not have a pool.

Do you accept packages on behalf of guests? If so, is there a cost?
Yes, you can have a package shipped to the hotel prior to your arrival. There is no cost for this service, but we do ask that you call the hotel and let them know your full name and that you are expecting a delivery. Please not we will only hold packages for 3 days prior to your arrival.

Can I store my luggage?
Absolutely! You can leave your luggage with the front desk and we will hold it for the day.

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is located 6 miles or approximately 14 minutes from the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa.

Most definitely, we can get your little one squared away with a comfortable place to sleep. We offer pack and play portable cribs for free.

Do you have accessible guestrooms?
Yes, we offer accessible guestrooms.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival, unless you purchased a pre-paid rate.

Is there an ATM at the hotel?
Yes, you will find an ATM in the hotel lobby. Just ask the front desk for directions.

Are connecting rooms available?
We do have connecting rooms however they are not guaranteed. The hotel will try it's best to provide you with a connecting room, if this is not possible we will try to get you as close as possible.
